Lovely, comfortable caravan once i had finished cleaning. Bed linen, bathrooms and floors spotless and nice decor and ornaments. Someone has good taste. We didn't pay to use the pool so not sure why there are saying they had to. Night time entertainment good. Really professional.

Communication with owners not great. Struggled to find the caravan which is stressful with kids. They were late in sending the code to get into the caravan so we had to sit in car for half hour. These things happen but instructions on finding the caravn would be useful. Then had to spend 1.5hours cleaning as everything was a bit sticky. Kettle and grill didn't work. My husband brought a spare kettle with him as he arrived a day later thank goodness. Fire needs matches to light which is fine but a wee sign is all that's needed. Top of kitchen units need deep clean..I gave up when I got to them. Advice to owners..give it a deep clean every 6 months. Had to chase return of deposit and it was returned on day 6 but it will take another 3 days to reach my account. Please return deposit sooner. Too stressful. Also worth noting, Seton Sands have removed the soft play. Absolute rockets. It added such a fun atmosphere and is a real loss. Obviously they want kids to spend more money on the amusements rather than providing anything free. We didn't pay to use the pool so not sure why other reviews are saying they had to. It was pretty straight forward booking events. You can view them via the website rather than the app since its a private let and then book them at the desk in person. U cant book activities on a Monday or Friday though. Another bit if advice that would be useful because with private let's, you need to wait till u get there to book activities. I waited till the Friday as we were so stressed at arrival and then we were told we couldn't book till the next day so a lot of stuff was fully booked. We just turned up for the bungee and luckily they let us on without booking in advance as there had been 'no shows'.

The location was great, was a last minute booking due to weather cancelling our camping. Very close to the beach loaded with sea shells and other treasures that the boys loved. Locally, you could walk or bus hop to Cockenzie House for the community cafe, gallery, small stalls, and the garden. Also not far us a Co op for food to cook at the campervan.

Passes for onsite swimming is very pricey for a very short stay (2nights) for as you need to buy for at least 3 days which didn't work out value for money for us if we went swimming once.

During the month of December there was no hot water as the boiler didn’t work. The kitchen was in a messy, disgusting state, the previous guests left dirty, greasy cutlery and it seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned since the previous year. It was also unbearably cold and I still don’t have my £100 deposit back. I do not recommend.

Clean tidy caravan close to the beach easy travel network will definitely be returning

Great location. The caravan itself was very spacious and perfect for families. Bedding was provided, which was great and meant we didn’t need to bring sleeping bags or our own duvets.

Heaters didn’t seem to work, so it was very cold when we first arrived. Had to use the fire, which was fine, but the bedrooms were quite cold as a result. No Wi-Fi in the caravan, and very poor signal apart from in the main complex. Not ideal with kids!
