"a nice place for a short budget stay"

very nice for a budget motel. room was clean and towels very soft. free coffee in room

it was a little noisy. some guests seem to be living permanently at the hotel.

Unfortunately located in Duncan which has a large amount of homeless/drug users, and in one of less desirable areas; disturbed at 4 a.m. by someone saying she knew me & wanted to visit 😳 . An older facility with no sound proofing from room above.

The hotel is surrounded by a lot of drug use. Easy to access when travelling North on the highway but not if travelling south. Not easy to walk anywhere from the hotel.
