"Exceptional"

Linens were fresh, no smoke smell, room was well stocked of items in the kitchen.

The suite bathroom didn’t have any counter space so it was a bit annoying but that’s easy to deal with. Not a dealbreaker

It was run down and repairs were not greatly done.

Room was dirty. Fingernails on floor hair on floors. Dirty mirrors and bathroom. Hairs on fridge. Not swept or moped. Not impressed
