"Terrible place"

Not much

Smelled like old stinky feet, no AC just a noisy fan Took a long time to get hot water Next time I’ll sleep in my pickup before I stay here

"People where very pleasant and friendly but room was tiny but clean"

Everything was old and poor condition.bathroom was tiny and bathtub had no handrails for safety

"Great homey place to rest your head in Melville!"

The property is older, as you can see from the photos BUT it’s clean, well-maintained, cozy, comfortable, and just what I needed. I will go back, as I have family in Melville to visit often, and I will likely stay for an extended period at the Melsask. It’s a great property for longer stays.

I liked it all: friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet and safe. Feels like home
