The Edge Motel

The pool was excellent! Well kept, clean and in working order. Chairs, loungers and tables available as well.

The lock on the room door was alarming! A basic push button lock in a regular household door handle. No additional security measures such as a chain or dead bolt. The lock was loose and flimsy, which was a little worrisome to a lone female guest.

It was a clean motel, which is great.

there seemed to be a family living at the end blaring music and going up and down the parking area, I could hear swearing/ yelling/music, there were trolleys out front and garbage of their room, so I suspected they may usually be homeless. I was a bit nervous being a young female solo traveler from a town closer to Sydney, so this area is very new to me but it was also not near anything else which made me freak out a bit more.

Clean room & bathroom.

Air-conditioning wasn't working, I cleaned the filters..And then it still struggled until later in the evening when the sun went down. The accommodation was advertised with a bistro next door..one of the reasons I stayed there...but to my disappointment, the bistro had been closed for 18 months

The whole place and with people Actually living there and making noises through the middle of the night banging yelling swearing and carrying on that is not a good price I would never ever recommend this place in regard to anyone
