The small resort so all our rooms were nearby. The swimming pool is nice and the view !

The staff is a bit nonchalant, sometimes we felt that we were annoying them by taking our orders. The rooms are spacious but the maintenance of doors, bathrooms could be improved. It seems a bit old and need a fresh renovation.

Petit établissement mais avec les services d’un grand tout le personnel est aux petits soins et très réactif. Le restaurant est très bon. Je recommande cet établissement.

La plage devant est en galet il faut donc prévoir les chaussures adaptées. À la fois prêt et loin de tout mais avec les taxis que vous réserve l’hôtel il n’y a aucun problème.

We stayed in the beach front room with own pool the room was great every morning while having breakfast at the restaurant our room was magically cleaned all the staff are very welcoming and friendly we hired a scooter through the hotel for exploring and you can organise a jukung for snorkling or fishing from the guys on the beach and there is a new Nmart across the road for all your supplies we would stay again

Taxis are a little expensive when going to warungs at night

L'hôtel est bien mais un peu vétuste. Nous avions la chambre familiale avec piscine privée. Elle est très sympa mais la piscine n'était pas propre à notre arrivée (elle a été nettoyée le lendemain). Le mobilier est d'une autre époque et un petit coup de rénovation serait bien utile (nous avons dû replacer 2x le chassis de la baie vitrée qui ne tenait plus). Sinon la piscine commune est belle, le resto agréable, et le petit déjeuner est correct, sans plus (évitez le café!). Le personnel est hyper gentil, comme partout à Bali. Autour de l'hôtel, c'est un peu la zone mais il y a de belles choses à voir en s'éloignant un peu. Attention, pas de Gojek/Grab ici! Essayez de trouver un local pour vous faire visiter.

La propreté laisse un peu à désirer, le mobilier, linge de maison et équipements sont vieillots. Notre piscine privée n'était pas propre à notre arrivée, mais a été nettoyée le lendemain. Pas grand chose autour de l'hôtel.

Les équipements étaient quasiment inexistant. Ex : seulement 3 verres, pas de poche poubelle, pas de micro ondes, … Les moustiquaires sont trouées et trop petites pour les fermer Le toilette fuit Nous sommes sur un établissement qui a besoin d’être rénové.

The pictures and previous ratings looked good. However when we got there the villa was filthy. Stains on pillows and sheets. Pillows smelled bad. The bedspreads probably had never been washed. Stains on mattress. Kitchenette was very dirty too. We paid for an upgrade and were given 2 separate rooms with mezzanine floors with mattresses on the floor for 2 children to sleep on. It was about 100 degrees up there with just a fan. They could not sleep up there. The rooms and bedding were just as dirty. So we paid extra for nothing. The pool was dirty with oil scum and bits floating on it. It hadn't been cleaned in a while and no other guests used it either. The staff are all young but pleasant until we decided to leave the day after arriving. My daughter speaks and understands some Balinese and the staff were very rude about us while we stood there. We did not bother speaking to management as a previous review says she's a horror with a bad attitude. We paid over the odds and more for this dump but moved on to a luxury hotel nearby. I would not recommend this place. It's gross, don't waste your money. Minus -10 score
