Apa Kabar Villas

Great location on the (rocky) beach. Wonderful snorkeling right off the beach with excellent coral and even turtles (can rent snorkeling gear on the beach from Candak, and he also does snorkeling/fishing tours). Lovely pool. Dining options were a good price and yummy. Convenience store across the road was very handy, and decent massages next door. Other good dining options a short walk along the beach. Peaceful place to stay. I would like to return.

Mezzanine room was very hot during the day, but OK at night with fan and AC on. Steps up very steep and not suitable for small kids (kids need to be able to use a ladder independently to access this space for sleeping. Top railing also very low and would make me nervous with young kids). Water pressure was very low in shower. Hilly walk into town (about 15mins along narrow busy road), and hotel transport was far more expensive than local guys (eg $20 v's $5).

Really enjoyed our private pool villa. Very good size with an outdoor kitchen. Coffee shop at the reception has amazing coffee. Probably best I’ve had in Bali.

Property itself was very good but food at the restaurant not so much. Ate here twice and both times had upset stomach.

Das Hotel hat eine super Lage direkt am Strand mit Buchungsmöglichkeiten. Das Personal war immer bemüht es uns Recht zu machen. Hier gibt es nichts auszusetzen.

Das Hotel ist einfach gesagt sanierungsbedürftig. Alles hat bereits einen angestaubten Charakter. Vor allem die Bäder sind nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Auch die Bettwäsche sollte mal erneuert werden.

It was very close to the beach.

One of the beds had bed bugs so our son was bitten quite a lot for the first few nights and we had to ask for the whole bed and bedding to be changed. The cottage wasn’t cleaned very well. We had problems with the water. We had to ask every moenjfb for things to be tooped up: water, coffee, our mugs etc.

You can enjoy all day at the resort, which was great while being on the road for a while.

Service is just all right. Lots of young staff, which is fine, untill something is up.

Nichts

Overall the hotel is good, cozy inside, decent breakfasts, swimming pool, smiling staff. When I checked in, the refrigerator didn't work, but I didn't tell the staff about it, and a few days later they replaced the old refrigerator with a new one! This is great

The villa is nice, but tired. The bidet smelled musty, there were a lot of ants on the terrace, and the hot water was lukewarm. The Wi-Fi went out on the second day of our stay and was never restored. This was very sad because I work remotely and internet access is essential for me.

Le petit déjeuner très/trop simple Le personnel trop jeune,toujours au bar a 6/7 minimum a rire entre eux donnant une image peu professionnelle Beaucoup de moustiques dans les chambres car le toit de la douche est a ciel ouvert (demandez une bombe anti moustiques;) )
