**Title: Extremely Unsanitary Room – Had to Leave Immediately** Booking confirmation number: 6200021945 I am writing this review to report a very disappointing and unacceptable experience with my reservation at **Bliss Ubud Abangan**, booked through Booking.com. Upon arrival and immediately after checking into the room, it was obvious that the room had not been properly cleaned and was in an unsanitary condition. We found hair throughout the room, including on the floor and other surfaces. There were also numerous bugs and insects inside the room. In addition, the bed sheets and towels had visible stains, the mirror had not been cleaned, and the glasses provided in the room were dirty. Overall, it was clear that the room had not been prepared for guests. Because of these serious hygiene issues, the room was not in a habitable condition and we felt very uncomfortable staying there. As a result, we left the property the same night and had to book another hotel at additional cost. This experience was extremely disappointing and did not meet the basic accommodation standards expected from properties listed on Booking.com. A room should at the very least be clean and properly prepared for arriving guests, which unfortunately was not the case here. I have photographic evidence documenting the condition of the room. Additionally, when I contacted Booking.com customer support, I received a reply referencing the wrong hotel, which made the situation even more frustrating and difficult to resolve. I hope this review helps prevent similar experiences for other travelers.

Le personnel et la chambre au top

La atención del personal, la vista de la habitación. El desayuno y que además te lo lleven a la terraza de la pieza.

Al piso del baño le faltó limpieza. Nos costó encontrar el lugar y como llegamos de madrugada casi nos dejan en un lugar que teníamos que caminar y buscarlo por nuestra propia cuenta sin saber si lo encontraríamos. Menos mal que la persona del taxi que nos llevó se dió muchas vueltas hasta que logramos ubicarlos por teléfonos y nos fueron a buscar.

The view over the rice fields for sunset and the full moon - sensational. Breakfast served on the balcony each morning was a magical start to the day. The neighbourhood is perfect for getting around on foot with ample places to eat, discover, lounge or explore. The staff go over and above to make you feel welcome.

Localização, pequeno almoço , funcionários prestáveis e fizeram nos take away com o pequeno almoço quando saímos às 05h.

Limpeza ficou a desejar, as gavetas tinham objectos dos hóspedes anteriores . Mesmo assim arrumavam todos os dias e deixavam águas.

We will back soon in Bali and we will come back here. I loved everything. Location away from traffic, you can breathe peace. 10!
