Bali Kembali Hotel

We loved staying at Bali Kembali. The traditional bungalows were great and the grounds are a paradise. The hotel sits on a couple of green space acres in the heart of Sanur with a short walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach. Overall a beautiful stay with amazing value for money.

Friendly staff and nice location that is close to restaurants and still feels quiet and secluded.

Location is awesome with easy access to the southern part of Sanur. Staff are helpful and friendly. Despite the issues below we still had a great time.

There's no safe. The staff didn't have a key to the main room so we had to leave it for them for cleaning. We had the same issue 8 month previous and it still wasn't fixed. Water pressure was regularly rubbish which meant several cold showers, not such a problem in Bali, but still. Half of the gate at the front of the villa has the bottom broken with enough space for a smallish person to get through. The villa pool sits under a large tree so hills up with leaves, seeds and bird/animal waste. It never warms up.

Great spot. Very good location. Room was nice and clean. Staff wear lovely and very helpful. I would love to have seen it in it's day. In need for some TLC but we really enjoyed ourselves. We will be back.

Could have changed sheets and towels half way through our stay. The shower has very low pressure. Hard to wash hair. The pool had a leak but they said they wear fixing it after we left as we wear the last guest for a while.

This hotel expects cash payments and we could leave shortly upon arrival without any charges.

Pictures did not reflect what we got. Small cramped room. Shower tray tiles, were missing, creating a saftey hazard. Bathroom switch didnt work, and light of bathroom was making bedroom bright. The pool water was green,. The garden was not well brightened with lights. The bar area looked dark bar and not inviting. We were not impressed by the fact that we had no reception or a manager on arrival to raise our concerns. We left the premises virtually upon inspection.
