Die Lage zum Zentrum ist wirklich außergewöhnlich gut, die Kapsel war gut belüftet und das Bett war sehr bequem!

Der Check-in prozess. Ich bin zuerst nicht in die Unterkunft gekommen, weil ich keinen Code hatte. Ich habe 20 Minuten auf meinen Code gewartet und dann einen Mitarbeiter angerufen. Erst nach dem Anruf erhielt ich meinen Code. Sehr anstrengend. Die Toiletten/duschen gingen meiner Meinung nach gar nicht… auch, dass diese von Männern und von Frauen genutzt werden konnten.

Das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut und das Bett in der Kapsel ordentlich und brauchbar. Zum Schlafen ist es absolut OK.

* Keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck in einem abgeschlossenen Raum / Schrank aufzubewahren - man hätte ein Vorhängeschloss mitnehmen sollen, wovon ich nichts wusste. * Wenn jemand geduscht hat, ist der Boden der Duschen/Toiletten-Kombination danach stundenlang nass; die Konstruktion macht es dabei auch so, dass man "über" die nasse Fläche muss, um aufs Klo zu gehen.

I wrote the following, direct to Capsule, but did not even receive a reply: I loved the concept of the security of a 'capsule' and your ambition to make it all so easy. 1. It was not easy checking in. Although I did the online check-in at the train station, I had not been sent the codes by the time I walked to the Hotel. So was confused about what numbers I was supposed to enter to get in. I probably spent a very stressful 60mins trying to figure it out, and then the email arrived. So it was not clearly spelt out in advance. I tried calling Capsule and just got a robot, I emailed Capsule, and it just said you would respond when they could, they never did. 2. The capsule itself was clean and neat, but it is really small. I don't suffer from claustrophobia, but it did feel abit like I was in a coffin. The hardest bit was getting dressed and undressed in that tiny space, lying down. It was also hard to clamber in and out, I felt like a dog going into its kennel. 3. I liked that the room (rather than in the capsule) was well air conditioned, it made up for the stuffiness of the capsule, which got very hot during the night. 4. Noise. They provide ear plugs which are needed. I wonder if it is possible to do some sound insulation to the capsules, you can hear everything! One thing that easily could be done is that the main door of the room, the hinges need oil, it squeaks everytime it is opened, and then bangs shut both things easy to fix. 5. Bathroom. it is too small and humid. Impossible to change in it, but shower worked well. 6. Fire. I really started to worry about how to escape from inside the capsule if there was a fire. Overall it was not a good experience. I am probably not your target market, but I was intrigued to try out what you are trying to do. The most negative thing in the end was having no staff on hand to help with anything. Does it really cost so much to employ someone on site?
