Very comfortable room and very friendly manager who found us a better and much more quiet room when the one we had been initially allocated proved to be very noisy due to street work in the evening.

The first room was very noisy and it is very small

Very cleverly designed to maximise room size. Lots of little touches and very clean.

The room space was a bit cramped, and having to lug suitcases up a steep staircase was unexpected

We had trouble with the power in the room but it was sorted out quickly so not a problem

I have stayed at this property a couple of times now and will continue to come back. The service is always fantastic, the property is lovely and clean with comfortable beds.

Convenient location in the centre of Stoke.

Upstairs was less than ideal, and when we returned at 9pm the hall lights were not working.
