I think the Aircon install wrong place..bcs. can't feel the cold near bed

Staff was friendly.

Only one power plug and it was very far from bed side and beside the TV. No amenities at all, no coffee, no tea, no kettle, no mini fridge, no nothing. The suite room is not a suite room which means bedroom disconnect from living room. It basically a one room unit, Not a Suite. The toilet and shower is combined within one 2 meter square unit compartment, barely any room for movement. No Mirror in the toilet / bathroom also. For RM 100+ a night on suite you better go to an actual hotel that know what suite means. Overall the staff was friendly but this feels like a quick cash grab from the hotel side. Would not recommend at all, unless you get the cheapest room.

The location.

The shoes on the stairs because the hotel requires guests to take it off on the stairs is not safe. Have to step on shoes to go in. The shower water pressure is low. The bedsheet and pillow cases and towels are dirty and so old and worn.

horrible chemical smell from toilet covers whole room. not sound proof. ac leaks onto bed. shower isn’t good.

The stuff is friendly,thought he does not speek english and i saw him only once... the bed was soft and comfi. its near to local market,supermarket and so on.

The room had bad smell. Room with window is only one noisy available. The window can not be opened lot. There is only maybank which accepts mastercard.
