The bed is dirty and the plug also didn't work.not recommend who want to stay here.

The door. Already mention to the staff, the door keep stuck and ask them to change for next customer. Others, no complaint.. We were happy stay here!
NZFantastic location, both the coffee lady and cafe to the left as you look at the building downstairs are warm friendly and great value, the shower actually has hot water yeah. Aircon works well. Definitely a locals hotel.

MYThe staff were very helpful and friendly. Even when I had a late check-in, they were around 24/7. If you tried to check in early, they would try their best to accommodate as well. Very hard to find this kind of dedicated staff.
Bed duvet had a stain and I requested for a change which they immediately did without a fuss. The light switches have an interesting kill switch/trip which was a bit confusing, but no major issue. Toilet door could use a bit of a fix but the plumbing and pressure were excellent. Amazing, simple, clean room otherwise.
