AUKind and helpful staff. Also, even though the room was basic, it was very spacious and clean, and it was just what I needed to rest and work.
Smoking! Even though these were supposed to be non-smoking rooms, sometimes cigarette smoke could be felt in my room; I suspect because there was smoking in the reception area?
