The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff would clean the room twice everyday which was really amazing . The property is huge and they welcomed us with fresh coconut water. The deck area was pretty huge and was a great place to chill. All the ground staff the guards, buggy persons , house keeping were really amazing and courteous .

Stayed here in April and it was quite hot , the AC was not at all functioning and we got roasted . Despite complaining many times the guy would just switch off the fan and leave . After a lot of complaints it was fixed the last night of our stay , that really made the stay very uncomfortable. The premises are huge and in middle of plantations but leaves are scattered everywhere and it’s very poorly Maintained and neglected. The restaurant has very limited options and the menu is pretty disappointing for the price and options they have . If you don’t have your own vehicle do not book this stay as getting out and coming in is quite a hassle . There is no authenticity and local flavours in any meals and overall it’s just not value for money . For the price they are charging it is absolute waste of money.

You will be fortunate indeed if you manage to get a booking here. This is a family-owned and family-run hotel above a beautiful, remote, sandy beach and operating to the highest standards. They have owned this palm-covered headland for many years but only in 2019 first opened a boutique hotel. There are 10 rooms – each spacious and luxurious. We had a wonderfully relaxing five-day stay. The food is outstanding and the staff welcoming and professional. If you enjoy birds, there is plenty to see, and the family is passionate about nature and wildlife. Cabo Serai is built on the side of a hill – quite a few steps getting up and down to your room, the dining area, the swimming pool etc. There's an organic vegetable garden, on-site yoga instructor, coconut palms and cashew trees. The views are sensational. It was a big treat to stay here.

The location is amazing. The hotel is in a sort of a forest with the view of the Arabian Sea & a trek down to a small but scenic beach.

We were looking for a quiet beach, but South goa beaches aren’t the same. It was a weekend & full of people. Dinner on the first night was excellent. Wonder what happened to the chef the next day!
