Great stay again at caravan everything you need ideal location good for walks with dogs handy for Stranraer shops etc. Will be back.

Liked all of it except no bulbs Woking in night lights, could not read a book with ceiling light on.

Dirty , last persons dirty sock , dirty bowls in cupboard, toilet seat lying at side of toilet, dirty shower , surfaces sticky to touch , boiler hanging off , only one towel provided

location and site was okay

the boiler hanging off, heating didn't work, carbon monoxide monitor lying between units on the floor, various stains throughout, wheels off the shower door, wipes left on the floor, no room in bedroom to put up the cot which was under the bed and not clean , food left in cupboards. might need to employ a new cleaner

Excellent location on the West coast of Scotland. Was lovely being with my family

Unfortunately the caravan wasn't too good. Quite clean but horrible beds in need of new mattresses. The caravan itself is very old but refurbished and done very shabbily. Boiler didn't work properly and the power kept going off. Not safe especially with us having children with us. Nasty decking area needs cleaning and outdoor furniture green and mouldy. Apart from email, there is no other way to contact the owner and that's quite unacceptable. They obviously don't care about customers really. It really is a money making set up and they certainly do not read reviews and make improvements. Guests all complain about the same things repeatedly. Whoever you are, hang your head in Shane!!!!!
