Modern, immaculate and homely with lovely view of the loch. Located close to all facilities. Easy and efficient to book.

Very handy for the port to allow us to get our ferry very early in the morning. Spacious, clean, convenient and well maintained.

A site map showing location of the caravan would have been helpful, possibly a light over the caravan number. We arrived in the dark so it was not easy to find on the site, had to ask direction from another caravan. Also the beds in the larger twin room were very uncomfortable unfortunately so did mean little to no sleep for me which wasn’t ideal when travelling the following morning but others slept ok.

the communication with the owner or who ever is meant to be dealing with any request. For example had requested a cot for my grandson aged 20months and got told it was under the bed, when looked the item looked like a bed guard and the mattress was marked which looked like damp black spots on it. Sent message to them but had no other reply to it.

Great location for a Stranraer work stay-over. Handy to have a full kitchen with freezer and oven for meals after work (although I hadn't though to bring cleaning utensils/materials/teatowels). Nice hot shower, and comfortable lounge. Nice and cozy with heaters if they were needed. Plenty of DVDs and books. Although a fairly large site, and located near the reception/bar, there was no intrusive noise in the evening, which made for a decent sleep. PIR outside light at the doors. Lovely view across the water.

A bit tricky to find the right caravan in the dark initially, as caravan park not lit. I suppose it's the nature of caravans, but the locks on the doors didn't seem very sturdy and so I was glad that I wasn't staying alone. There were a few bits and pieces that could do with a little maintenance/decoration. Couldn't see any signs of the wifi network or Netflix but there was free access to Prime, and my own data signal/connection was fine.

It was lovely and clean and very spacious. We only stayed a few hours as arrived late and was out by 5am to catch a ferry to Ireland

Visited with my partner & 2 year old grandaughter, caravan was lovely & clean, lovely views & grandaughter loved the softplay on site. Would definitely come back & will recommend.

The home was tiny- adequate for one short stay- kitchen was nice. View was really great and location was better than expected.

Only 2 towels for the 6 of us- which meant we couldn’t all shower- and only a half a roll of toilet paper. Couldn’t find the WiFi password - even on the router. That wasn’t a big deal but it would have made it more convenient. Please add more towels per number of guests.
