Hôtel très propre, équipe super attentionnée Très bien placé, pas loin du port on peut y aller à pied Plage à proximité où on peut voir les tortues Bon p'tit déj Article de toilette ok Ménage fait dans la chambre même pour court séjour

La wifi qui ne fonctionne pas très bien Et le lit d'appoint c'est juste un matelas posé au sol...

"Insgesamt ganz schön"

Der Garten und die einzelnen Häuschen sind sehr schön angelegt. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Das Badezimmer war nicht so richtig sauber. Man musste die Brause in der Dusche selbst festhalten und alles war extrem verkalkt.

El trato del personal, siempre atentos y los desayunos , muy completos.

Las instalaciones están súper deterioradas, hay huecos que dan al exterior por todos lados , tanto en la habitación como en el baño. Una de las noches cuando nos estábamos lavando los dientes en el baño, salió una tarántula de la pared, este hecho hizo que no nos sintiéramos seguras el resto de días ya que es peligroso en una isla como esta donde no hay asistencia sanitaria en caso de tener que necesitarlo. Nos cambiaron de habitación pero estaba peor aún, huecos más grandes en las ventanas, puertas y baño. Encontramos muchas arañas más pequeñas y cucarachas durante los 4 días que pasamos allí, las limpiezas que hacen son muy superficiales y la mánager no nos ofreció alternativa. Para el precio que pagas no merece la pena. Utilizamos toallas para cubrir huecos pero no era suficiente.

"Bon rapport qualité prix pour l’île de Gili air."

Le personnel était tes disponible et souriant. Une lampe ne fonctionnait pas elle a été déparée de suite. Nous avons même pu laver notre linge et louer des vélos. Très bon accueil! Je recommande.

The accommodation is located in a beautiful garden, the people working there were very friendly and the room was beautiful and clean. Also the breakfast was enough to start our day. We also rented bicycles from the accommodation for 50000 rupees per day per person. Overall we had a wonderful stay!
