Mustika Ocean Lodge

You really get the sense here that the staff have done absolutely all they can to create a lovely experience for guests. I feel so appreciative of the care taken by them. There were even bamboo toothbrushes in the bathroom for free 🥹 The rooms are very clean, and feel luxurious for the price! I particularly liked that the bathrooms were open air yet sealed, so no late night geckos on the wall or creepy crawlys. Location is perfect. 2 mins to the best yoga studio on the island (flowers garden yoga) and the main shops, cafes and restaurant! Breakfast ranges from pancakes, toast to omelettes with all kinds of juices, coffee and tea available. Just so lovely! Terima Kasih!🙌

Leider fanden wir die Unterkunft nicht schön. Die Bilder entsprechen nicht dem, was einem vor Ort erwartet. Die Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind zwar sehr nett, das Englisch ist aber sehr mangelhaft. Im Zimmer angekommen glichen die Zimmer eher einer Bruchbude. Das schlimmste war das Badezimmer. Der Wasserhahn war so dermaßen verkalkt ein Wunder, dass die Duschvorrichtung noch nicht zusammen gebrochen ist. Das Wasser hat unfassbar gestunken (ich denke teilweise war es auch Meerwasser) einfach nicht schön/ man hat sich nach dem duschen einfach nicht sauber gefühlt. Und das Frühstück war ebenfalls einfach nur mangelhaft. Die Pancakes waren komplett roh wir haben davon eine kleine Ecke probiert und es dann sein gelassen: ich hatte ein Omelette dass wie Gummi war und ebenfalls ungenießbar. Wir haben danach unsere 7 Sachen zusammen gepackt und das Hotel fluchtartig verlassen und uns ein neues gesucht wo wir dann den Rest unserer Gili Air Zeit verbracht haben. Ich verstehe, dass man bei den niedrigen Preisen nicht so viel erwarten sollte, aber das hier war schon unverschämt. Da hab ich woanders mehr bekommen für mein Geld.

I loved everything about this place from the rooms, the breakfast and especially the staff. They were kind and welcoming. They rent me a bike and also they give free snorkeling gear. The position is nice and Roset is very helpful.

Beautiful, property with individual bungalows made to look like boats in lovely gardens owned by a lovely friendly family. Nice hot shower, fridge, mossie net over the bed and tea and coffee facilities. 10 minutes to the harbour and beach and close to town but very quiet. Would definitely recommend the Mustika Ocean Lodge and would stay again. Thank you 😀

It was lovely so not much to say, but if I had to mention something, I would say the sheets were a little threadbare but honestly that's a tiny minor thing.

Quiet and relax location. Staff were nice.

Bathroom was a bit smelly.
