Arbor Inn of Historic Marshall

Location was amazing and super easy to find. Staff was warm and helpful. I felt valued as a customer.

I needed to check out before the desk opened and the key return box was not available. They have some longer term residents that were outside giving customers the stink eye.

The two employees I dealt with were great. Very helpful and friendly

It felt a bit shady...could tell people actually live there. It was actually very quiet and no one seemed to bother anyone but we got back from a wedding at 11:30 and when we went to get in bed the sheets were crumpled and had a blood spot on them which makes me think the sheets weren't changed...GROSS. There was no one on staff to go to so we were stuck. We thought we'd just take the top sheet off and the pad had stains on it. Ended up throwing towels over the sheet and slept on the other side.

Messy room, so bad

Room was clean and quiet. There is a lake on the property which was a nice bonus

Office didn't open till way late n had trouble turning in keys at checkout n Couldn't get coffee for the road.

Clean and quiet. Area has lots of food choices and stores really close to the hotel. Door dash is available in the area as well. Staff is wonderful!

I like how brightly colored the rooms are painted it’s very cozy and comfy
