The guys at the front desk are rude and service was just terrible.

Great price but the bed was extremely hard

He talked on the phone the entire time he was checking us in. Then they never cleaned the room. Bed was hard and not comfortable.

Affordable, clean, well maintained, convenient and surprising. We will return!

The room obviously has been updated. This is an older location but the room was clean and comfortable. The free WiFi was unreliable but I was told that upgrades were to be installed the next day. The heat/AC unit was mounted so high that I had to stand on furniture to turn it on and adjust the temperature. I will definitely stay again if I need a room in the area.

I stayed here one night and it was exa ctly what I expected. The room was clean and everything in the room worked well. It was very comfortable. The lady at the desk was very friendly and quite helpful.

I'm not sure if Dawn at the front desk is the owner but she is rude as heck. Customer service is not her strength. Given the economy and the fact it is such a small town (not a real tourist Mecca) you'd think she'd appreciate her job and the business. We stayed there only because we absolutely had no choice.

My husband and I are professional truck drivers. We stayed here once because our load was not ready to pick up. The motel has been updated. The rooms are small, but tidy. The bed and pillows were clean and comfortable. Everything worked as it should. The continental breakfast was decent. The staff was very professional and courteous. The king bed room rate was very reasonable. If you are staying in Medicine Lodge, I would highly recommend this motel.
