Property Notes

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Room Cleaning is only available from 8.00AM to 3.00 PM only. Starting 1 January 2025, a local government fee of RM1 per room, per night (Caj Warisan) will apply. During major events (LIMA, Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, Oceanman Malaysia), the fee will be RM2 per room, per night. Maximum guests per room are based on bed capacity. Extra adults beyond the allowed number are not permitted. Toothbrush and toothpaste are currently not provided. 'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Nichts besonderes

Sauberkeit, Badschrank fällt fast auseinander, Gardinen voller Flecken, viel Staub, Spinnennetz, Gestank im Bad, Flecken auf Bettdecke, Boden nicht gewischt, bei der Dusche keine Abtrennung, sodass die Toilette immer nass wird. Man muss immer an der Information Bescheid geben, wenn man cleaning Service möchte. Habe später von locals mitbekommen, dass es für den selben Preis viel schönere Unterkünfte gibt. Hatte mich auf booking.com und die Bilder verlassen.
