Property Notes

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Room Cleaning is only available from 8.00AM to 3.00 PM only. Starting 1 January 2025, a local government fee of RM1 per room, per night (Caj Warisan) will apply. During major events (LIMA, Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, Oceanman Malaysia), the fee will be RM2 per room, per night. Maximum guests per room are based on bed capacity. Extra adults beyond the allowed number are not permitted. Toothbrush and toothpaste are currently not provided. 'Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A deposit may be required at the property.

Très propre . Accueil sympathique et arrangeant .

Pas de séchoir pour le linge . On avait un logement avec balcon donc on aurai eut de la place . D autre logement entendait sur la barrière du balcon . Pas sympa comme vu

Las habitaciones del lado izquierdo de la piscina dan a un taller clandestino de reparación de motos, lo más curioso que el taller empieza su actividad a la 1 de la madrugada muy ruidoso cortando chapa con maquina imposible dormir.... No hay caja fuerte, al llegar no había amenities se solicitaron y se pusieron

"Parfait pour quelques nuits à Langkawi !"

Bonne emplacement proche de Pantai Chenang tout en étant au calme. Personnel adorable avec petite attention en fin de séjour. Chambre propre et piscine agréable.
