the bed sheets were not clean and very smelly

There was no towel or pillowslip provided and the milk in the fridge had been opened.

Absolutely nothing

Not clean, no towels, spiders everywhere

Motel was ok

In the middle of the night when I was sound asleep staff members were moving a trolley or something on a cubicle right next to my bedroom and there were kids playing outside their room next door to mine who I think we're related to the owner NOT BLOODY GOOD ENOUGH

Not private, too much noise, not a nice atmosphere.

Location was close to amenities

It was unfortunate that there were no staff .. we had to go to another motel to check in and collect key. The tap over the basin leaked badly and was noisy. The toilet roll holder did not keep the toilet roll on.. There was rubbish under the bed and I’m not keen on dark blue sheets ( always should be white in a motel) pillows were very very hard. No wi fi and reported this but they couldn’t fix. I think with a few smallish fixes it could be fine.

Room clean and well presented

Clean bin daily and replace milk I there four nights and at no stage did anyone come in to clean. Make bed or empty bin nor replacing milk and tea bags. Slack frankly.
