Nugraha Lovina Seaview Resort & Spa

La struttura era a fronte mare e lo staff super disponibile per ogni evenienza. Quello che abbiamo apprezzato di più sicuramente la possibilità di mangiare al ristorante (ottimo) sul mare e la camera con balcone vista mare. In questo hotel sicuramente ti puoi rilassare al 100%. In più abbiamo anche prenotato un massaggio di un’ora tramite la hall, esperienza da provare assolutamente. Se avete bisogno di qualsiasi cosa potete chiedere allo staff super gentile e disponibile.

In realtà nulla, forse la piscina che al momento non era disponibile.

Tiene vistas y espacios ideales, estar junto al mar es un súper plus. Tiene servicio de masajes que está muy bien.

El baño de las habitaciones, no están cuidados, hay humedad y deterioro. El desayuno es muy escaso, no tiene muchas opciones. En cambio la carta para comer si está muy bien.

The hotel is old but the staff were so friendly and helpful. Food was great.

The pool had no filtration or chemicals added. We still swam but needed to be careful not to swallow the water. Risk of ear infection.

Nous avons aimé la vue à 180° sur la mer exceptionnelle, l'emplacement, l'amabilité et la disponibilité du personnel, la qualité du service.

Nous avons moins apprécié le manque de produits pour la douche (savon et shampoing) ainsi que le manque d'insonorisation des chambres face aux bruits extérieurs.

The Nugraha Hotel and Spa is stunning. The position is brilliant. I could swim straight off the steps of the hotel (when the tide was in). The staff couldn't do enough to help they were all smiling and always happy to help and always smart. The food was lovely. Lots for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily, and fresh towels were supplied. Towels for the pool were supplied when we needed them. The view from my room was totally amazing. I could just sit on the balcony and watch the sunset or even just sit on my bed :) The air con was very good. I did a trip to see the dolphins, Rapi was very good, and then I went snorkling with him as a part of the trip. Stunning fish. I even saw a turtle at the front of the hotel when I was snorkeling:). The staff came over to our table and sang me happy Birthday on my birthday and gave me a cake 🎂 so sweet. I can't express how good this hotel is. On Indonesia independents day, the staff and local students played games and invited us to take part. It was so nice being involved and great fun. I'm going back for two weeks! Already booked. It's perfect. Thank you all. I can't wait to see you all again. Xxx

La vue face à la mer est incroyable. Le personnel est d'une grande gentillesse. N'hésitez pas a demander à la réception pour vos excursions et activités dans la région ils s'occupent de tout. Ils peuvent aussi vous déposer au centre ville gratuitement. Pour l'excursion dauphins s sont venus nous chercher juste devant l'hôtel en bateau.

L'eau de la piscine est trop chlorée. Une mise à jour des salles de bain.et serviette de toilette un peu vieillot. Un carnet de feuille avec un crayon dans la chambre serait un plus
