Très sympa. Personnelle top. Literie très confortable. Vu exceptionnelle pour la chambre 211. Excursion proposée bien organisé et pas trop chère. Massage agréable.

Un coup de modernisation et de décoration serait sympathique à faire. Un bar à la piscine est manquant.

Verouderd hotel, alles een beetje krakkemikkig en toen we aangaven dat er mieren in de badkamer zaten en we van kamer wilden ruilen was dat mogelijk maar wel tegen betaling?!! gelukkig hadden we 2 kamers dus van de 2e kamer de badkamer gebruikt. Ook de douche van de mierenbadkamer was koud en ondanks herhaaldeijk aangeven niet opgelost. Lovina is super leuk, dolfijnen gewledig maar niet meer in dit hotel

Unfortunately, we only spent one night at this hotel, but it left a huge impression on us. The lobby, the garden, and the pool were all absolutely beautiful. Even though our stay was short, it truly felt magical. The staff were very friendly and helpful, which made our visit even more special. If you’re planning to stay here, I highly recommend checking out the restaurant right across the street from the hotel — it’s definitely worth a visit. We had a room with an ocean view, and it was absolutely worth the extra cost. It was one of the most beautiful balcony views we had during our whole trip to Bali.

The only thing we didn’t like was the bathroom in our room. Above the toilet there was a large opening — a skylight — through which you could see the entire attic and roof structure of the hotel, along with cobwebs and dust. I think it was supposed to be covered with glass, but for some reason it wasn’t.

Staff was very good and tried their best to make our stay as good as possible. Nice view of the ocean.

This hotel started some 25 years ago and is in need of some renovation.

The hotel's location is excellent. We came to Lovina specifically to see dolphins, and the front desk helped arrange a boat trip for us. We could board the boat directly from the back of the hotel. The overall environment of the hotel is quite good, with a beautiful garden and relatively clean rooms. It's very cost-effective.

The beach near the hotel is very dirty, making it impossible to enjoy any activities there.
