Mid Valley Motel

Lots of hot water, alright shower with good water pressure. People that stayed there seem top be respectful of others keeping noise down. Convenient location.

The extremely strong!! chlorine!! smell that they clearly use to wash all bedding. I could feel it burning my skin & it affected my breathing. The big step up into the room, difficult & dangerous. The lights at night that came through the curtains into room & tv light that did the same. Had to put a towel over the tv to block out the standby light as can't switch it off at wall, l'm not 7ft tall. The bed was okay but not supportive / comfy. No grab rails anywhere, no consideration for guests with disabilities or even older people. The air-conditioning worked, however it's location (behind the wall mounted TV) makes it not work so well unless left on longer & working harder. Such a silly spot for it. The room could do with a deep clean.

The room was very clean, comfy bed, tea and coffee supplies and facilities. A great little hotel room for a last minute booking. The Italian Club next door does great meals.
