Great location, housekeeping deliver fresh towels each day

No block out blind in bedroom, no doonas on beds just sheets and wool blankets, not very clean, the floors and benches didn’t even seem mopped or wiped.

Friendly staff, efficient check in, spacious room, comfortable bed. A short walk to the Italian Australia club which has very good meals. Quiet area. Kettle, toaster, microwave, cutlery and crockery in the room.

The bed was comfortable, there was a fridge,microwave, kettle and cutlery.

The bathroom floods easily due to not proper drainage, and there's no fan or ventilation for the steam to escape, which leads to black mould and there's what appears to be black mould on the bottom wall tiles and theres not big enough towels for a plus sized person

Quietness of this hotel was great.it was full but not noisy, chaotic like some others in town. Effort from staff was noticeable.
