No iron at the property.

These are not the photos of the caravan that I stayed in. That said, i knew what I expected and it was in those boundaries of expectation. Had I stayed in the caravan depicted in these pictures it would have been a flabbergasting surprise. The caravan itself was a littled tired and had the small, tight layout that you would expect. We had one enjoyable late afternoon cuppa on the decking before Storm Benjamin rolled in with a great sunset. Thankfully the heating worked well

My caravan did not have a second bedroom suitable for a 17 year old, who ended up sharing the double with me. Had we been in the caravan depicted in the photo I think that they would have had more space and been more comfortable.

Although the home we stayed in was pleasant , it was not the photos as advertised.

Parking beside the park home. The park home was very spacious with a bath and shower. T.Vs in all rooms Wrap around balcony. Location was quiet and shaded.

Drainage was slow sometimes.

The location was near the beach

The sofa had pee wee patches all over it, the carpet was discusting, the table was broken, there was black mould in the shower, the radiator in the shower had rust all over it and the master bed was bowed inwards causing a very uncomfortable night sleep, messaged the owner and he already know of these issues and said it's normal for these type of caravans, which is absolutely wrong as we always come to caravan holidays

Lots of hot water for showers, great place for parking good space for dining and sleeping. Good tv. Great location and suited our needs perfectly.

The fridge could've been cleaner.
