Excellent location, home from home and everything we needed for our weekend break. A mobile number for any issues,nit that we had any but knowing someone was on hand if an issue did occur.

Dogs barking in the caravan opposite.. reported .. nothing done .. 1 saucepan, 1 oven tray, broken hoover.. had to wipe down all the side in kitchen before we used them .. cutlery draw full of crumbs

Good location, nice caravan. Owner was very responsive to what’s app, text , email and phone.

We found booking.com to be misleading as the pictures used are not of the unit booked. On our arrival the caravan was not ready. It seems that it had been used by someone unknown to the owner (broke in) who had not only left the unit in need of a clean but had also stolen all the bedding. The owner responded very quickly when we advised him and sorted out the caravan as quickly as was possible.

Maintenance of accomodation

Very clean and well equipped accommodation with plenty of space including decking and outdoor furniture. WiFi access included and dogs welcome. Lovely rural location but only a short drive to the lovely beaches and bays of the Kent coast. Our second time staying on this small and friendly park with Kent Getaways and we've been impressed by the quality of the accomodation and the welcoming and helpful communication with Phil, our host. Hope to visit again!
