"Stay away from kent"

Caravan was filthy. Strong smell in odour. Arcades on site tiny so not alot for kids to do. Paid 600 for 3 nights and passes was not included in this. On site shop shuts very early and no shops for miles. Very basic items in shop. (Couldn't even get cooking oil) more toys then anything. Every door handles broken, my daughter was locked in the bathroom.. the boiler broke on our 2nd day so had no hot water! I would never book through booking.com again and will never stay in kent again!! Had a day trip out at margate beach!! The worst place in England!! Sea water was black, crackheads everywhere.. so many from overseas that you don't even feel safe! Posters in every shop window about how unsafe it is and constantly being told to "be careful" cause the migrants are attaching female around the area!!

Gorgeous mobile home, extremely modern, spacious and spotlessly clean. We had a lovely few days and will definitely book again.

"Didn’t want to leave"

The lodge we stayed in was amazing! Little extra touches made it extra special like games, drinks in fridge on arrival after a long drive, and kids especially loved it! Decking was also lovely for breakfast in the morning when the sun was out. Thank you will definitely stay again

Comfortable caravan situated in a quite location with short drives to several beaches. Food prices were a bit expensive in the club house but enjoyed the evening entertainment which catered for all ages. Staff were helpful and friendly.

There was no tin opener in the caravan so some food could not be used. Having the baby cot up restricted us using the on suite bathroom and when we did, we could not get the cold water on in the mixer shower so we all used the main bathroom. We wanted to go swimming but system of having to purchase activity passes was too expensive for one 45 minute swim session.
