Classic Suites - Cleveland

Room was very clean. Sam was pleasant and helpful. The booking was not what we expected so we changed to just one night.

clean, good location, felt safe, staff was great. parking in front of our room and no stairs was simple and convenient!

air conditioner was a bit loud when it kicked on.

This place was clean and quiet. It may not be fancy. It was comfy and worth the money. Are room had a kitchen and washer and dryer in it. Living area was comfortable and complete with a TV. The bed room also had TV. I would bring my family here. I plan on coming back.

I needed a room for a construction worker and Sam (GM) was extremely personable. He has rooms with Washer and Dryers in the rooms and full kitchens. Unlike the reviews that slammed no visitor policy, it is assuring they are watching out. Extended stay properties often bring parties, unsavory guests, and watching over the property helps to insure a great stay for those who are actually working and need rest. Fair price as well.

I had company over & was greeted by the owner “this is private property & you’re not allowed company over! You have to leave NOW! RIGHT NOW! Don’t try to come back through the back door bc we have cameras everywhere!” Never in my life have I EVER heard of not being able to have company come over, stay the night when you paid for 1 person yes, but not to visit. I will NEVER be back. Especially since I was threatened to have the cops called on me for having a visitor. $60 wasted!

Dirty sheets and people next door was smoking and smoke came through wall into our room. Towels were dirty and wash cloths, either blood or coffe was on sheets. Maid comes in room time you leave property. Smoke was so bad it bothered us to the point we had to leave and he charged me early check out and I had stayed 4 days already. Would not Recommend to any one

My construction job carries me all over the midsouth and I stay in many hotels/motels each year. I am blessed that I came across Classic Suites. I stayed there for 12 weeks while in the Cleveland area and this place was great. I had a nice kitchen with full size fridge and electric range for cooking. Nice size bedroom with a fantastic bed. Room was cleaned and bed made every day. Sam, the manager, and his wife, were so nice and generous and always there to help in any way needed. Price was very reasonable and well worth it. So much more like home than staying in a motel. I highly recommend Classic Suites.

Staying here for a contract work assignment. It's a little dated, but very clean, and quite. Very helpful staff. Very reasonable prices. I was allowed to view the room before committing. Discounts for extended stays. Near everything you might need. Plus....Memory foam mattresses

You simply can not beat the price here! What you get even in the cheapest room is so much better than most other hotels nearby. Sam at the desk is very friendly, as is the rest of the staff. I highly recommend this hotel
