Classic Suites - Cleveland

Just traveling thru the area and the sign caught my eye. We prefer small motels where we can back up to the door and this one was perfect. The price was spot on for us retirees. We had a suite with full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room, and separate two bed bedroom! Bring your coffee...it has a regular pot!!! Dishes and silverware! If this is a chain, they have my vote as 10 star!

I give this property a better review than I otherwise would have as a result of the great staff! The man who ran the property was very attentive and tried to accommodate our needs. We wished for a non smoking room but none were available during our stay. As a result there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room despite the staff using a deodorizer to try to help clean the air. The sheets had cigarette holes and the mattress liner had black streaks on it. In addition the furniture looked as if someone had spilled something liquid on it and therefore was all bubbled up. We had to ask for shampoo and cups which were were provided once we asked. I will not be a repeat customer.

I was recently in Cleveland, TN, for a conference and was a guest with my family and a friend at Classic Suites during the trip. As a person with a disability who uses a power wheelchair and has to have equipment with me, I'm always careful in planning ahead and I like to reserve suites when possible because there is more room. On this trip, I had rented a hospital bed and a patient lift from a medical supply company there in town (Bradley Medical...fantastic customer service) and the hotel worked faithfully and diligently with me to make the experience smooth. Hotel is quiet and clean, and is well attended. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Classic Suites overnight on our way to FL, it was very comfortable and the beds we fantastic, memory foam mattress that were to die for after almost 15 hours of driving. The room we had was a suite, sitting area with full kitchen and washer and dryer if you needed. We needed to make sure we were able to park our vehicle with our enclosed trailer as well, we had no issues with that. The rooms were very clean and Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay he again if needed.

Great place and very clean. Price is high but for what you get it is worth it. The staff are amazing, only issue was slow internet.....will stay there again when I am in town. Rooms are modern and have kitchenettes.

We made reservations based on previous reviews. We've stayed at several hotels in Cleveland, TN and most have serious odor problems or just plain problems. We reserved a suite for 3 days. It is dated, but if brought completely up to date we probably couldn't afford it. But the space was clean and very nice. The beds have memory foam mattresses that are great and do not beat you up while you sleep! Management was nice & helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we get back to Cleveland!

This hotel is one of the quietest and cleanest budget hotels in Cleveland. The room is clean, without any unwanted tiny visitors. The clientele is mostly long term. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The memory foam mattress makes me want to get one when I get home. The only disruption I have noticed is from the adjacent hotel. The only reason I did not rate at 5 stars is the furniture and carpets need updating. Otherwise, an exceptional value.

We found this place by accident...its right off I-75 at exit 27 Paul Huff Parkway behind the Dennys. The manager gave me the keys and told me to look at the suite...it had a living room and kitchen that was very large...a couch, chair, kitchen tabke washer dryer full size refrigerator, full size stove, full size double sink. We rented it for almost a week as soon as we looked at it. In the bedroom of our suite there was a queen bed and a twin..also i believe the couch made out into a bed. The bedroom beds were MEMORY FOAM mattresses!!!..They were the most comfortable Ive ever slept on in a motel. The bathroom was huge and very clean. The whole place was clean and very quiet. The room also had a set of glasses dishes and silverwear. The people running it were friendly and accomodating to any need we had. And while I wont discuss price I will guarantee you wont find anywhere as nice as this nor as large or with the features it has at anywhere near the price they charged. I urge anyone traveling anywhere in the Chattanooga/Cleveland tennessee area to give then a try. Its a little bit away from downtown but its well woth a few minutes drive. And just a few minutes away theres shops, restaurants with everything from Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Outback etc..to burger joints, chinese buffet, Captain D's, wal mart, k mart etc. and just across the street theres a small mall with a Target and some other shops that were nice. So if you want value, cleanliness, comfort and lots of room please call the Patel family there and rent a room. You wont regret it.

I have stayed at Classic Suites, Cleveland Tn multiple times over my trips to US. I have also stayed in several other hotels in US, but below is what i liked and is unique about this place: 1. It is not a chain or franchise like other hotels are. The care given to stay is authentic and personal. The hotel owners have laid room layout where you feel like you are at home. 2. The hotel has Washing machine and cloth dryers in every suite room. 3. The price has been very reasonable for a stay there. 4. Cities like Nashville, Knoxville, Atlanta and Chattanooga are very much accessible. You can visit the Gatlinburg/Smoky mountains which are very close from here among other attractions. 5. The hotel staff is very helpful. 6. The area is very peaceful. 7. The hotel has loyal travelers who make it a home always when they are on the route. The hotel does not have its own food catering but that should not be a problem as there are lots of restaurants in the Cleveland, tn city. There is no swimming pool but i think that is not very important. All one needs is a comfortable stay. I recommend it to anyone traveling on that route via Tennessee.

Full kitchen, washer and dryer, t.v. in living area and bedroom, nice closet, lots of cabinets. Stains on carpet and some of the furniture was scarred but bed was comfortable. Owner and housekeeping were helpful and friendly. I was pleased the bathtub stopper worked!
