Nope Love this hotel the most

The room is very big may be the biggest room i have in every trip in Japan. The Kotetsu table so comfy. Bath room very chill i bath the hot spring everyday day and night. Environment around hotel is very beautiful and peaceful love to walk around in the morning when sunlight hit the park. And the reception so nice they try so much to connect with foreigner. This makes me feel so comfy. I really enjoy this trip.

Environment is peaceful but maybe a little bit too quiet to feel comfort to walk around at night but isn’t much of a problem. And tv in room didn’t a smart TV so if you didn’t bring HDMI equipment to connect or didn’t understand Japanese you will feel a bit boring at night but it is a peaceful vacation.

Good dinners nightly

Staffs were not flexible to changes. Visibly stressed even by just asking for coffee to be served first thing in the morning

Die Gastgeber waren überaus freundlich und boten uns einen super Service. Shuttleservice hat trotz spontaner Reservierung bestens geklappt. Die Unterkunft war hervorragend ausgestattet und stilvoll eingerichtet. Viele kleine Aufmerksamkeiten machten den Aufenthalt perfekt! Wir würden sofort wieder buchen.
