Excellent Static Caravan

The location, the space, the shower (very good and hot for a caravan!) The early check in and the reasonable price. Overall it was a good stay. For four people there is plenty of space and we were comfortable and warm. Site is well located and we found it to be quiet. Outside pool was heated and the kids enjoyed the slide. Thoroughly recommend the bike hire, staff so helpful and friendly and lots of cycle routes. We didn't use any of the other facilities but they looked average.

Some comments others have made are true, it is a little grubby and smells a bit damp (the bathroom and the single bed closest to the outside wall) Three things that would instantly improve it; steam clean the sofas, upgrade the knives and forks, provide a toaster big enough for a slice of bread.

Location of site and there was a decent space between caravans where our Gatcombe 7 caravan was.

First flush of the toilet didn’t drain away as it was blocked by the previous occupant with a sanitary t pad. Had to do emergency call and a night time security man successfully unblocked it for us.

Clean and spacious

Bulb in main bedroom had gone, was reported but wasn’t replaced during the stay, not a big deal though.
