Hearthstone Inn

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Stayed here a good number of times over the years. Last visit, we could not connect to the wifi, but it was only one night. Normally, no issues or problems. Basic room for a night's sleep.

Always had coffee and snacks. Rooms were nice and the bed was very comfortable. Had everything we needed. We stay here every time we come.

Maybe have coffee pot in the rooms

The rooms were not clean..sink had several strands of hair and soap residue on the countertop. Bathroom behind the door filthy. Toilet dirty.. towels stained. I let them know about the issues. Came to spot clean the areas. Was disgusting. Not sure if bedding was even changed last time due to how unclean it was...we had guests coming couldn't be bothered by housekeeping with guests coming.. should have been taken care of.

There was no breakfast but the location was great

All metal objects were rusty. Scratches on walls and bedframes , so really no amenities or lack of flyers to go from.

Location of the property was perfect!

It could have been a little cleaner in and around the bathroom area.

Lumpy beds, extreme humidity in the room, very short toilet and no water pressure.
