The desk.

There was suppose to be coffee daily starting at 630am, out of the 9 days it was only available 1 day. We should not have to ask for this to be made. Lack of english understanding workers. They need to have double rooms with queen beds, we have a king at home then we were told queen beds but they are only full. The ac would work and then stop working throughout the stay. Need more towels in the room..

I like that it was close by and it was quiet and clean for the most part

The beds were awful and very uncomfortable the rooms weren't cleaned the second day, they only emptied trash and put new towels in . When we needed extra towels no one was around to get them even after waiting a lengthy time.

The location was very convenient to where I was planning to be.

There was nothing to complain about.

I've stayed at this motel since 1996, seen a few changes . Overall -- The room was clean. Housekeeping is provided daily. The gentleman/owner was very helpful. The breckfast could use an update along with a few items in the room. The overall stay was comfortable and clean.

Having to use 2 remotes for the TV . A bedside light and a few plugs did not work. Shampoo and cream rinse were not provided daily.

Great location. Very clean. Friendly staff.

I was attending a family members funeral and Hearthstone Inn was close to the funeral home.

I ask for a non-smoking room. Supposedly , it was a non-smoking room. However, it was right next door to a smoking room. I only got about 3 hours of sleep because I could not breath it smelt so bad. To make matters worse I had my 92 year old mother in the disgusting room.

Close to stores and restaurants.
