Location, easy to find

Left to the imagination what has gone on in 1st class bedroom with a mirror above the bed!!

Nice location

Not enough bedding ,had to use towels to stay warm Broken shards of glass in living room area. Not very clean, floor very sticky Smelt quite bad

the toilets were really dirty and it wasn’t very clean wasn’t worth what was paid

Location was fantastic for the OVO arena. We walked each day and it took circa 15 - 20 mins Lovely marina bar. People very friendly Living area large and we were able to chill each evening comfortably ( 5 of us ) before going out. Very clean accommodation. Hot showers

We could not get the boat to lock on the main door before leaving each evening and had to leave open. We had nothing of value to steel so not a big issue. The marina area also fairly secure. Owner was in contact and told us to " be firm " unfortunately no matter how firm we were we still couldn't get it to lock. 2nd Class bedroom toilet did not flush well. 2nd class bedroom had no blinds on the window. Managed to restrict early morning light with a pillow wedged in front of it.

It’s a shame,keep up the maintenance on the boat could not use the bedrooms (toilet stench) When anything goes wrong very poor customer service. No reply on the 2nd call it’s a scam trying to charge you I will never go again

it was warm a lot bigger than expected and loved that each room had its own bathroom

the bedding was old had a few damp stains on it although it was freshly clean it’s could do with being replaced
