The only negative was it was very cold and coukd not get the heating on but everything else was amazing

bedrooms cramped and small. bunk beds not the best for adults

the location

I found the premises dirty. leftover sausage roll, cocktail sausage and other food debris under the sofa bed only found this the morning we where leaving. no toilet roll and I know it was a lot to stay at least one toilet roll in one of the three bathrooms would of be nice. the noise from the toilet in first class 2 kept the majority of the party up all night. We also found on departing some of our once white socks where black. we couldn’t get in the property any earlier as the cleaner has the keys. I’m thinking the cleaner just changed the beds and cleaned the toilets. There was also damage to the property which we took photos of invade we where blamed for it

The boat is set not too far from the Docks, nice and peaceful location and appears quirky

The lack of communication between owner/ staff and myself regarding complaints made during the stay. The overall cleanliness was not satisfactory. The owner was told of this ad soon as we checked in, photos provided and still no response via email. Washing machines with washing in unwashed, slice of pizza in microwave, food in oven, fridge open and dirty, spoilt drink in cutlery drawer, mould in glasses, dirty bedding, wet towels, dirty cloths under sink to clean kitchen and the list could go on. It has been 3.5 weeks since our stay and still no response from owner after he claimed he would speak to cleaners. Very poor stay
