Tayari Luxury Tented Camp - Mara

Really loked the tent. It was a nice feeling to smeep in nature. The only disadvantage was the wind, which kept us awake for long hours at night.

The wind only

The tents were lovely! Although the water pressure in the showers wasn't very strong, it was HOT and lovely! The beds were very comfy! Daniel and his staff were very warm and welcoming and met every request with, "No problem!" There were even some neat animals around the property! And our safari driver (Peter Narok) was lovely. Wonder game drives. There was no wifi in the rooms, but there was in the dining area - which was actually very nice!

The dining area felt closed in. (I suspect it was for security reasons for animals, but it was not a place that we wanted to "hang out.") It would be nice to have more outdoor shaded space (with access to wifi) for relaxing - when not in the tents.

Amazing location - can hear the sounds of the wild, and the assurance that we are safe. Excellent staff, great food.

This is a very simple place but the tent matched the pictures and I had a great sleep. All staff are very kind.

The dining/reception area was not the nicest and there are tons of bugs at night while you’re eating.

Amazing place. The luxury tents are actually really good, clean and super comfortable + we get a view of the sunrise. Love the nature all around including within the lodge grounds. Would definitely return.

The floor of the tent room creaks when you're walking (you will most likely wake up your partner any time you walk). But I believe the management said they're working on fixing this. Not a big issue though, just something to keep in mind. I still recommend staying here for sure!
