Location was excellent for us. Room was comfortable and the sitting area with view of the garden particularly lovely. Breakfast was really good and varied the 2 mornings we ate there. Check-in and hospitality was great - particularly Kuniko and Nozomi, who were very welcoming, attentive and helpful. We appreciated their kindness and also being able to communicate in English. Arigatou gozaimashita!
