Frühstück war lecker bis auf das Omelette

Beautiful riad that we stayed in for the beginning of our holiday. The Riad itself is a little difficult to find but that’s no problem at all once you get the hang of it, we used their shuttle services from the airport so a member of staff was able to show the location to us - otherwise it would be quite difficult. The Riad itself it’s so beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly. The location itself is very ideal as you’re practically in the heart of the souks. The breakfast was tasty too!! Over all we did really enjoy our stay!!

While we booked the standard room, the room itself was at the bottom floor, quite small and you could hear every noise outside since the doors have gaps. The room itself can get very cold at night too. The showers drainage system wasn’t that great so the water did pool up but nevertheless hot water and very strong shower head. The toilet also leaked a couple of times after flushing which was quite annoying.

La habitación. Incómoda. Una entrada con poco espacio. Un baño normalito. Y la cama en un altillo, no tenía espacio para colocar las zapatillas. Super estrecho. En resumen la habitación una mierda. Incómoda.. no se la deseo a nadie. Por lo que habíamos pagado.. una fortuna.. pues una mierda.... Encima yo estuve enferma, y no podía bajar al baño. Sin pasar pena de caerme... Intentamos cambiar la habitación desde el segundo día y no nos daron opción.. decían que era imposible.. y nosotros veíamos habitaciones vacías... O que estaban para salir... Pagamos el riad a precio de hotel de lujo y fue tanto para mí como para mí marido una auténtica cárcel... Incómoda más no poder... Sin espacio y sin nada de gusto... Una habitación que no tiene nada que ver con la que habíamos contratada... Pésima, pequeña y super incomoda.... Para nada , volvería ir a este Riad.... nuestra estancia fue una estafa....

Le service a été exceptionnel : le gérant, Zeyneb et toute l’équipe nous ont accueillies avec une chaleur incroyable ! Ma maman, qui a été malade pendant le séjour, a été entourée et soignée comme un membre de leur propre famille. Il est rare de rencontrer des personnes aussi bienveillantes. Le Riad est également magnifique, décoré avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. Le petit-déjeuner était un vrai régal, entièrement fait maison. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Riad molto bello, stanza pulita, staff gentilissimo, ottima colazione, posizione super centrale.

Un po' difficile da trovare, maps non è precisissimo

Par température fraîche patio un peu limite pour y manger On entend très fort d’une chambre à l’autre mais le Riad est super calme
