The staff on site were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Everyone we interacted with was warm, helpful, and happy to assist with any questions or requests. Their positive attitude truly enhanced our overall experience and made our visit that much more enjoyable.

I didn’t appreciate being charged for a birthday cake without that being clearly specified beforehand. The pricing was never properly confirmed with us in advance, and to make matters worse, the cake wasn’t even brought out at the correct time as planned, which was disappointing given it was meant to be for a special celebration. Unfortunately, the room itself also did not meet our expectations in terms of cleanliness. There were ants everywhere, which made the stay uncomfortable and not up to the standard we had hoped for. Overall, these issues really impacted what was supposed to be a memorable experience.

夜に到着して、翌朝砂漠ツアーの為早朝に出発しないといけなかったのですが、朝食をボックスに入れて持たせてくれてとてもありがたかったです。

The water in the room was not free and actually quite expensive. The access to the hotel is 'not easy.

We had a great experience. Everything looks the same as on the pictures, the rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the staff is great. Everyone made sure to grant us a lovely stay. The breakfast in traditional moroccan style was always delicious and prepared with care (there was also option to eat it or get it packed a lot earlier before the breakfast hours - which saved us when we went on some full day trips). And the location was very convenient, not only there were a lot of stuff to do nearby, but also the prices seemed better than in some other parts of the souk. We can totally recommend!!

De locatie is top, net als het dakterras. Helaas konden we daar geen gebruik van maken door te weinig personeel.

Wij keken enorm uit naar ons verblijf, maar prijs-kwaliteit verhouding viel helaas enorm tegen! We hadden een grote kamer geboekt, maar bij aankomst bleek deze niet beschikbaar en kregen wij ook geen geld terug. Personeel dacht helaas niet mee. Kamer was een beetje viezig.

Super miejsce droga do niego zaskakująca ale jest jak perła w krętych uliczkach Marakeszu .

Nothing I 'didn't like', just minor detail, would have been nice to have facility to make drinks in the room.
