Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt zum Hafen ist richtig gut. Auch erreicht man fußläufig viele umliegende Restaurants und "Märkte". Direkte Strandlage ist etwas Auslegungssache, da man an dem Stück der direkt unmittelbar am Hotel liegt nicht Baden kann sondern ein Stück laufen muss. Die Insel ist ansonsten wirklich ruhig im Gegensatz zu den 2 anderen Gili inseln und es lässt sich hier wunderbar schnorcheln und die Preise (für so ziemlich alles) sind teilweise hier nicht so "übertrieben" hoch wie bei den anderen beiden Gilis. Wer Ruhe sucht für den ist das genau das richtige, für alle die gern viel unternehmen ist eine der anderen beiden Gilis bzw Gili T wohl besser. Es ist eben zu bedenken das die meisten Aktivitäten ab den beiden anderen Inseln angeboten werden und man auch erstmal hin und wieder zurückkommen muss.

La piscina y el trato de las personas que nos atendieron. Las vistas desde el restaurante frente a la playa, la ubicación al lado del puerto y el billar.

En uno de los baños la ducha no filtraba bien el agua y antes de acabar, se inundaba el plato de ducha.

I honestly don’t understand how this hotel managed to get such a high rating. After two years of living and traveling across Asia, this was truly one of the worst stays we’ve had — especially for the price. First of all, the property itself is very run-down. You’ll be staying in a room with walls peeling from dampness at the bottom, with no signs of proper maintenance. The shower ceiling was rusty, with cracks and dirt all around. Towels provided were old, thin, and full of holes, clearly used by countless guests before. When we checked in, the bathroom dispensers for shower gel and shampoo were completely empty — so when I went to take a shower, there was literally nothing to wash with. For a $70-per-night hotel, that is simply unacceptable. Breakfast was fairly decent, but the staff was completely inattentive and untrained. They constantly forgot to ask basic questions like whether we wanted sausage or bacon, coffee or tea, and which juice we preferred. Overall, the service was very poor. Also, keep in mind that the pool shown in the photos is now covered with an unattractive sunshade net, which makes it look far less appealing in reality. Honestly, I would recommend staying on Gili Air instead — hotels there are cheaper, the infrastructure is better, and the quality is higher. Gili Meno, on the other hand, has very limited options, overpriced accommodations, and very poor standards.
