松本駅からバスで行きましたが湯坂バス停のすぐ近くで迷わず到着できました。 部屋も広々で2人で泊るには十分な広さです。 大浴場も温泉で湯量も豊富、掃除も行き届いていました。

チェックアウト時に伝えましたが、部屋の鏡に扉がありちょっと手を触れただけで脱落しました。 元に戻そうとしましたが、木製の装着部分が以前から摩耗している様子で装着できませんでした。 無理に装着しても手を擦れただけでも脱落の可能性があり、宿泊客を混乱させると思います。 鏡に扉は特に必要でなく、外しておいても違和感もなく事故防止にもつながると思います。

リホーム後経過が、余り経っていない為、清潔感がありました。

テラスのリホームが出来ていない為、さび付いていました。 テレビのBSが映らない状態でした。今時時代遅れでした。
