The hotel was a great value for someone trying to find a budget friendly stay.

When I got into the room, the AC had not been on at all. It was likely around 85 degrees in the room and took quite a while to cool.

I guess the price you get what you pay for.

There's a deposit for each room was $100. That they take out of your credit card. The witch is more than the cost of the room. The staff was completely rude and they wanted to charge an extra $15 for having three people in the room. Even though the room had 2 beds he said only two people per room and it would be $15 extra for each individual over two people Their rooms weren't clean. I saw hairs in the restroom. And the bedding looked a little dirty, like it hadn't been changed out only we'll read done. But like I said, you get what you pay for I won't be back.

The room was exceptional it was too dirty but it could have been cleaned better it was several pieces of hair on the sheets the refrigerator was dirty and the floor wasn’t sweep good but it will do .

The STAFF!!! Very rude and unprofessional. They are not friendly at all they dont greet you when you check in and don’t speak . Every last one of them was rude throughout our stay made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable we was harassed by staff the whole trip. The guy at check in purposely called me a sir three times at check in when he can clearly see I was a woman and he also had my identification saying and showing that I was a woman . Our family came to see us they harassed my family as if they didnt want anyone to come say hello or by to us . I will NEVER stay at another Palace Inn again no matter the location this was my first and last time . The experience was unpleasant and that was due too the unfriendly and unprofessional staff.

The staff was rude. The room was under $70, but I had to pay a $100 deposit! What sense does this make?

The property was a normal looking motel property. Nothing special about it.

Messy...They had a lot of tools cleaning supplies etc just out all unorganized and messy looking. Had to look at it everytime I walked up stairs. The ice machine looked like it had never been cleaned or sanitized. Ever. And it didn't work anyway which was probably a good thing. When I walked into the room it felt like a balmy 110* degree coffin I immediately turned on the ac - had it running all night and the room never fully cooled down. This next one was a big issue for me as I have haf 2 back surgeries. The bathtub. It has no grips on the shower floor. So you're basically slipping and sliding with absolutely nothing to grab onto if you were to fall . They neeed to put some kind of grips on those shower floors or someone is going to get severely injured. Lastly, the thing I did not like most about this establishment, was the management. The absolutely rude, aggressive & unethical behavior outbursts that this man displayed to me was intentionally done so, for whatever reason he had. I was on the balcony outside my room (keep in mind this place had smoking and non-smoking rooms). I have maybe one cigarette a day with my morning coffee. The balcony was vacant. The parking lot was also vacant. There was not a soul around. Then I hear someone yelling at me from the parking lot. Saying this "is a non smoking establishment.". He proceeded to tell me to put it out and throw it away and the. Had the audacity to tell me how disgusting it was about 4 x. VERY LOUDLY AND VERY RUDE & OBNOXIOUS. As I was checking out that same man was at the clerks counter. I gave him my key and told him that I was the one he was yelling at about the cigarette.
