Outsite Marrakesh was beautiful with great friendly staff. Such a selection of food for breakfast with kind helpful staff. I was without a moroccan charger and they kept allowing me to use theirs plus free transport when i was in need. Thank you to Zak and the other receptionist such kind welcoming staff at outsite marrakesh. I love morocco.

Le manager et son collègue sont sympa

1 jour avant l arrivée réception d un email que l hotel annule notre réservation !!! Car 2 filles de 15 et 17 ans dans le groupe !!! Hallucinant !! Pas moins de 21 ans !! A 1 jour de l arrivée alors que âge enfant de 0 à 17 ans demandé sûr le site !!!

Location est très bien!

La propreté l'extérieur, les endroits communs aussi les chambres ont besoin d'être améliorés. Les tapis placés pour descendre du lits sont sales, les serviettes ne sont plus blanches, le drainage d'eau de la douche ne coule pas très bien qui fait la quantité importante de l'eau stagné dans la douche et pour plus que 10 minutes. L'odeur des agréables sort de la douche.

Mooi pand en hele fijne locatie midden in de medina

Alles was prima, maar een lekker zachte bank zou het helemaal afmaken in een ruimte waar je lekker warm kunt zitten. In de herfst/winter is het best fris.
