Being in a center location, easy to get around. Liked the architecture of the building and the staff is welcoming.

Would have liked more salty options on the breakfast menu and room’s bin to be cleared every other day.

La struttura vanta un’architettura meravigliosa ed è curatissima e pulita. La posizione nel cuore della Medina la rende un’esperienza impagabile.

Spunti di miglioramento: siamo arrivati e la camera era gelida, il condizionatore non funzionava e abbiamo dovuto chiamare il ragazzo della reception per ripararlo. Abbiamo sofferto il freddo tutta la notte, solo nella giornata successiva la camera si era scaldata. Credo dovrebbero accendere il riscaldamento almeno qualche ora prima dell’arrivo degli ospiti. La colazione molto molto basica e monotona. L’hotel non accetta la carta di credito per gli extra.

The people were very welcoming. Location is also top-notch.

Most of the towels had stains on them. Quiet hours between 22:00-07:00 were not respected - there was constantly someone talking loudly or a TV on. It smelled like mold in the common areas.
