Sehr schöne Zimmer mit guter, individueller Ausstattung, perfekt sauber. Schöner Dachgarten. Ausgezeichnete Lage in der Medina. Taxis um die Ecke. Von der Organisation der kostenlosen An- und Abreise bis hin zu Empfehlungen und Reservierungen von Restaurants hat Jacqueline alles perfekt arrangiert. Wir haben uns ausgesprochen wohl gefühlt und bei einem nächsten Besuch werden wir sicher wieder kommen.

Absolutely great riad. It is a heaven inside the medina. The location is excellent, and everything is within walking distance. The riad itself is calm and quiet. The host is amazing. She is personally on top of managing everything to make sure everything is perfect. She arranged our pickup from the airport and greeted us in person upon arrival, even though we arrived early in the morning. She was always available whenever anything was needed, right up to the last moment when she arranged our return to the airport. The room was super clean, the breakfast was amazing, and everything was perfect for a five-star review.

Breakfast consisted of croissants, sweet pastries, pancakes, jams, yogurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, and coffee. An omelet was also available every morning. The breakfast ingredients were fresh and very tasty. The service was smooth and discreet. The Riad is located on a quiet street on the edge of the Souk area. Taxis were available about 50 meters from the Riad. This riad is of an intimate size, and its owner-manager, Jacqueline, has furnished it with great taste and a personal touch. Orange trees grow in the courtyard where breakfast is served. Jacqueline arranged our airport transfer, met us personally upon arrival, and provided extensive guidance on Marrakech’s sights and services. She also organized a private excursion for us to the Atlas Mountains. The riad’s staff is polite, professional, and discreet. This riad is a unique gem among other accommodations. I can warmly recommend it.

I cannot think of any faults. The riad exceeded our expectations.

The property is a perfect place for who want to experience authentic Marrakesh experience. The room was very comfortable, it was very clean, the breakfast was excellent and the host was super nice, caring and kind.

Sehr gutes Frühstück im kleinen Garten des Riads. Die Besitzerin Jacqueline ist der gute Geist des Hauses. Sie ist sehr herzlich und kümmert sich um alles. Sie ist eine sehr positive Erscheinung.

Leider war das Zimmer ein kleines bisschen klamm. Zum Trocknen von Wäsche gab es allerdings zwei kleine Radiatoren.

First time in Marrakech and was not sure what to expect. Absolutely loved it. Riad Jnane d'O is well located (ten minute walk to the souks and many attractions of the Medina). Well located in general for the new town too. Run by an amazing, thoughtful and serene french woman, Jaqueline, who went out of her way to make our stay special. The breakfasts were superb, the atmosphere of the Riad peaceful and calming,- very welcome after a days sight seeing. The Riad has been lovingly and authentically restored and has a beautiful roof terrace for relaxing. Great advice on where to eat etc from Jaqueline, highly recomend.
