Jacqueline is a lovely French host who had created this oasis riad 17 yrs ago. She was welcoming and helpful at every step. There’s a nice rooftop lounge. Breakfast was elegant and plentiful

Like all riads there is slight noise as guests come and go. Otherwise no comments.

Jacqueline ( the owner) and her lovely staff provided a warm and attentive welcome to their little oasis in the middle of chaotic Marrakesh… The Ryad and room decor is charming and comfortable. And the breakfast was perfect and flexible.

Our room was very pretty, but the reading lights are inconvenient. And in spite of our dear host’s best efforts, the late-night noises and conversations from other loud, disruptive guests was often a problem. But I’m sure it was just bad luck/timing in having rude and thoughtless travellers under the same roof…

The property is beautiful, full of hand crafted and restored pieces of art. The room large, clean and well provisioned. Staff were super friendly and looked after us really well (best coffee in Marrakesh). The location was amazing, just off medina in a semi private set of streets for riads only. This meant the area was extra safe (we never felt Marrakesh to be dangerous, except maybe crossing the road!), quiet and with better air quality. This Riad is an oasis of calm in a sea of chaos! The Riad is run by a wonderfully eccentric French artist lady. She gave us a lot of very useful information/advice that was really helpful (Marrakesh can be a bit a of a shock when you first arrive) and looked after us throughout our stay. She even arranged free airport transfers with safe drivers and meet us at the transfer drop off point (a lot of the streets in medina you can't get a car into) and more importantly escorted us to the airport transfer pick up, waited with us for the drive, to make sure we got away smoothly (something we saw that not all the riads did given the number of confused groups of travellers (from other Riads) looking around trying to work out in the madness that is the Marrakesh traffic who and where their transfer are!). It was such warm stay that we feel we arrived and guests and left as family. If we return to Marrakesh there is only one place we will be staying!

Exceeded all expectations on every level. We were met at the airport by the driver and greeted on arrival at the Riad by the owner Jacqueline. Despite arriving early, our room was ready and Jacqueline provided tea and pastries and shared helpful information about Marrakech . The Riad is a haven of tranquillity set just inside the Medina, beautifully restored by Jacqueline, with large well appointed rooms, and a stunning garden and roof terrace. The breakfast was excellent (included a gluten free option!), and staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we enjoyed our stay

I could not fault the Riad, it was exactly what I had hoped for.

The warm welcome … this property is in the perfect location, the host Jacqueline is a gracious host … beautiful Riad, felt blessed to stay there … fresh tasty breakfast … presents of authentic Marrakech gifts waiting on arrival in our beautiful suite … loved the transfer to and from airport just made everything seem less … thank you so much.

Wspaniały riad, prowadzony z sercem przez bardzo miłą właścicielkę. Cały riad utrzymany we wspaniałej, artystyczne atmosferze. Świetna lokaizacja- blisko naciekawszych miejsc w Marakeszu. Bardzo bezpiecznie.
